Meat n Fire was born out of the love of an old southern tradition of family time around the dinner table enjoying good food and each other. Phil’s inspiration for his restaurant was the memory of his daddy’s BBQ from an open pit smoker and his mother’s homemade southern vegetables and biscuits – all prepared with love and devotion for family and friends.
After years of smoking meat for friends and family as a hobby, Phil decided to try his hand at the Florida competition BBQ circuit. After a year on the circuit he was ready for the next step. Enter Meat n Fire……
We bring traditional BBQ with a few twists, a large selection of southern sides and desserts baked daily. We smoke our brisket and pork twice a day. Chicken, ribs and sausage are smoked through out the day to ensure the juiciest meat possible when you order.
